Great shop, great sandwiches
Well-stocked Asian shop. Usually with self-service meals
Just a few months ago the quality of the food was great! The dishes were often swapped, which has led to fewer orders being placed here. Tried it again today and promptly got the wrong one out of 2 dishes. The fried rice for the other dish had no taste and could not be enjoyed. I used to really recommend this store, today I advise against it.
Take away only at the moment. The shop is also open, but there is not much on offer. The duck was ok, but I expected something different under Peking soup. What I got was a simple vegetable soup .. The food was generally better prepared.
You can eat well here and express your wishes for food preparation.
4.5 stars First of all: I love the food here! You shouldn't expect the "typical Europeanized 0815 Asia taste" in any of the dishes! The sweet and sour chicken e.g. tastes very different from anywhere else. Maybe because there is no glutamate in it ... but that's exactly what I think is great! It is cooked super fresh! Therefore, the ingredients sometimes vary a bit and the sauce is not always 100% the same consistency. I really appreciate that! I've been eating here at least once a week for years. I think the selection of dishes is great. Have tried at least 15-20 different dishes. I particularly recommend the very authentic Vietnamese dishes (e.g. the 78th bun bo xao: fried beef with onions, herbs, salad and rice noodles), which always remind me of my trips to Asia. I also think the spring rolls, the lucky rolls and the Tom Kha Gai are excellent. Why a half star deduction? In exceptional cases, the quality fluctuates a little (shrimp not quite through, leek a bit burnt). But with the frequency of my visits, it may be normal that something is not perfect. Prices have increased over the past year. But I still think it's cheap. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the vegetable soup. It was too watery for me. Everything else is worth it, I think. Conclusion: definitely give it a try! Has addictive potential! ;) P.S. I also like the selection in the store. Always got everything I needed to cook. The owner is always very friendly to me!
I tried a Pho soup today. It was alright, quite eatable. There is just one thing, any Asian would know that it was instant noodles and instant seasoning out of a bag. No front about that. Instant noodles are awesome. But you do that at home when you are just too lazy. It doesn’t require any skill to do that. My 4year old sister could literally put out the soup tasting exactly the same. So it’s kinda bold to charge customers similar price as self cooked stores. Maybe soups are just not there strong suit. Something else next time.^^
Best Asian market in Augsburg
F.A.M. V. <[email protected]> 15:11 (0 minutes ago) Has been getting more and more expensive for years. The hot sauces provided in the snack bar are very likely to be diluted (every now and then I buy a new bottle there and it has a much firmer consistency). The sour and spicy soup is one of the worst I know. The two stars are for the friendly lady in the kitchen and No. 77 (soup bun rieu cua). It is really delicious and recommendable. Otherwise, rickety tables between shelves, sometimes often used, clearly darkened wooden sticks. That no longer makes you want. Note prices when shopping. Outrageously expensive fresh produce (a small bunch of Asian coriander from the cold store 4, -EUR (!!!!). This can also be explained in view of the currently difficult situation. A small bag of frozen dim sum (apparently homemade) cost 10, - today EUR 6 Ingredients for 3 people EUR 28 Incredible! We go for a solid Asian meal for the same money or have it delivered. At the checkout, more was awarded for the Sichuan sauce than was written on the price tag on the shelf. Conclusion: never again.
Asian market with Vietnamese-Asian food stall. Often well attended. We had Pho Hanoi with beef for € 7.50 and a vegetarian (thai) curry for € 6. Both fresh and delicate, it was quickly served and the prices are reasonable. The service was friendly, only the cook didn't want me to charge my smartphone at her socket and said I should have asked beforehand. I would advise the shop to reduce the very extensive menu to a few signature dishes. Toilet is available. Absolutely recommendable shop.
Super nice owner - do not be put off by the many posters, especially the pho and curries are quaint and can only be recommended! In addition, there is definitely a reason for the many regular customers and the price-performance ratio is perfect :) For occasional Asian purchases, the somewhat hidden cooling chamber is also great, since you won't find rare and fresh herbs anywhere else so easily ...
It can not be worse. Sushi definitely not made from sushi rice. Beginners at work. With rice exaggerated and rice as previously said, wrong variety and far too much. Sushi is falling apart. Unfortunately, takeaway bought and not seen before, since the disposable packaging is not transparent. Otherwise, I was returned immediately.
Not eaten so bad food for a long time. The vegetables were partly charred black. The gyoza as such can not be identified. Deep fried and charred inside. I could not eat her. Too bad
Bahn mi’s are very disappointing. Greasy, soggy, overpriced and nothing like the pictures. Owners are not helpful either.
I love papaya salad, I know it from Thailand, from rabies and I do it myself. The ingredients are mashed in a mortar, but unfortunately not here, the tomatoes lacking the snake beans, the garlic, the fish sauce, chili ... .quasi everything that belongs in it. Nothing was mashed, just a sweet clear vinegar sauce poured over little papaya and lots of carrot strips. Just bad ... but at least healthy;) And it was the same with Pad Thai, a huge mountain pasta, cooked soft without vegetables, no trace of fried .... A shame about the lifetime and the money and the goods ...
Super China-Thai food, fast, cheap and authentic. The market is also well stocked. Quite adequate for most Asian dishes. Highly recommend the store.
Food has always been very good. Taste and ambience very authentic. Staff was friendly. Price / performance is good. I will gladly come again.
The food is always delicious and the people there are friendly, maybe a little reserved. But that's their nature. I've been coming here for many years and feel welcome every time. Even after a long abstinence one remembers my preferences and a friendly smile is self-evident.
Shop / restaurant with freshly prepared dishes. Very informal restaurant, decent food, high prices for the context.
Still: incredibly bad !!!! I am currently sitting in the restaurant and after a long time and disappointment eat something here again! The '' Pho Hanoi '' is definitely NOT Pho. It's just a cloudy soup with rice noodles and meat !!! It does not taste like the Pho Typical spices like. Star anise and Co. also is something not included any lime or. It's just a broth. But what annoyed and disgusted me was the "Thai mango salad with prawns". The mango was a normal green mango. This I saw as the Beikoch, this has brought from the cold store. What does not work, however, is the freezer burn on the few shrimp cut in the middle. (See photo) Absolutely disgusting ... as well as the used wood chopsticks. The grumpy, unfriendly nature of the owner has also not improved, on the contrary! The request, once to wipe the free table, he came only grumpy. Conclusion: tried again after 1.5 years! And are still sucks. ADDENDUM: I just paid my soup and salad and you also have billed me TOO MUCH. As me this noticed and I have complained about this, I was also bullied by the owner !!!! Under all cannon !!! AGAIN FAIL !!!!
The food is of moderate to poor quality. In addition a very unfteundlicher handling and pricing errors. All this leads to my rating.
Very decent food. Nice prices, lots of nice grocery items to buy.
Both food and the items in the shop are pretty decent. Good prices. Their menu system is quite a sight.
The shop does not have many selections of Asian groceries. Apart from that, the prices are higher than other Asian grocery shops in Munich. Have been here once (i am from one of south east asian countries) but i was disappointed that I was treated badly compared to the welcoming and friendly reception toward Germans/Caucasians ( i am aware that this is not uncommon, but it is just too noticeably different here). I thought i would give it another chance and visited the shop again but i receive the same treatment.
Not friendly personal! Not so clean place, it’s not pleasant to eat here. It looks like anybody forgot about this place. Poor choice of beer, it actually means that no choice of beer, just couple of kinds for very expensive prices 2,5€ for half a little for ordinary beer.
A restaurant slash asian grocer. Prices could be cheaper but still a good location to get a few harder to find items for Asian cooking such as coconut cream. Also there is a restaurant with about a million options. All of the dishes have sort of a watered down taste that you might expect from a fast food style asian place in Munich, but overall quite good.
Sehr sehr unfreundlich Personen! Very bad service, Schlechtes asiatisches Essen! ... Many thai stuff is not fresh and more expensive then another Asia shop in münchen. 1 star just because i can not post 0 star. Terrible food Fresh items, expensive, poor service When we pay the bill, we ask for the bill, but the owner of the store is crumpled. Bill 4-5 The slip tossed to the table told us to choose by ourselves, not knowing which one. I don't have time ("ich habe keine Zeit"). Here, come to buy things. The most rude
somtam and patthai is super delicious! I guarantee. Try you will never disappointed
Unique authentic Vietnamese restaurant.
Nice place to sit at for a quick lunch. The good is good, hearty and fairly priced. It can be a bit drafty in winter but you can also buy some Asian groceries at the same time.
